A deposit must be paid; the balance will be due 14 days before the course starts.
Deposits and course payments are non refundable and non transferable. Failure to attend a confirmed course will result in the loss of all payments made for the course. In the event of a genuine reason for cancellation ( proof of which will be required) a request for transfer will be considered at the discredit of our company. If the request is successful an administration fee of £25.00 per course will be charged.
You are able to call us for free advice/help at any time no matter how many years down the line. We will always be there to help. If you are unsure or need further information / special requirements please contact us.

In consideration of the agreements made herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, each party shall agree as follows:
It is your responsibility to check that your existing insurance company will accept the course for insurance purposes if you are looking for a new provider we can point you towards a provider once passing.
Course purchased that include kit are for UK delivery only
Please remember our course certificates are given out to students who have shown competence throughout the course. however we have the right to withhold any certificates if the tutor deems the student to not have reached a competent standard we hold the right to charge for extra training if this is required.
We accepts no responsibility for any direct or indirect loss or damage, foreseeable or otherwise, including any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of our website, or any information contained on any of our sites, images or training.
It is your responsibility as the purchaser/student to check before purchasing a course that your insurance will cover you once passing any of our courses
By purchasing a course through us you agree to our no refund policy and agree to any additional charges which may apply for rearranging training.
By purchasing one of our course you agree our courses are pass or fail and we will require as many case studies as it takes for you to demonstrate the required standards
By purchasing one of our courses in the comfort of your own home it is the purchasers responsibility to arrange a model for all practical work without this we can not pass you and no refund will be given models are also required to have had a Patch Test arranged by the purchaser.
By purchasing you agree that if purchasing with a discount code or as a competition kits will not be included within the price even if the course states kits will be provided unless stated otherwise between tutor and student

We retain the sole discretion concerning whether a course may be transferred from you to a third party. Any such request must be made to us in writing at our registered address. We will treat all justifiable requests as compassionately as possible.

However, we will require that if the new course fee is greater than that of the discontinued course, the balance should be paid in full along with a standard £40 transfer fee.

The topics covered during the practical training will be as close as possible to those stated on the website. However, if we are obliged to make any minor changes to your practical training we reserve the right to do so and will inform you as soon as possible.
All outstanding course fees must be paid in full at least one month before your practical training is due to commence.
Any materials offered free with the course, e.g. the Free Practitioner’s Toolkit and Free Patient Handbook, will be given to you on the first day of your practical training.
11. Copyright
All copyright and other intellectual property rights relating to the course materials are either owned by or licensed to us. Copying, adaptation or any other use of all or any part of the course materials without our express permission is strictly prohibited.

13. Other Terms
If at our discretion we afford you any relaxation of these terms, this shall in no way affect our rights under these terms and conditions.
This Agreement shall be interpreted in all respects in accordance with the law of England and Wales. The parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts for the determination of any question or dispute arising in connection with this Agreement.
If the whole, or any part, of any clause(s) of this Agreement is or becomes invalid for any reason, that invalidity shall not affect the validity of any other provision.
14. Cancellation
Once login details have been provided then we will not accept any cancellation request.
15. Course Notes & Training
Our course notes can not be relied upon for legal interpretation. Nor our employees, trainers or consultants can accept responsibility for the actions of clients, or those of other people reading the course notes, or the responsibility for any loss incurred as a result of relying on the course content or the course notes.
16. Medical Disclaimer
It is advised that you take medical advice if you or any of your clients have a health problem. Any qualification from us will not qualify you to advise on any medical condition or to diagnose a condition.
